The total price of the Ajman Media City Free Zone license depends on the license package you choose. AMCFZ offers seven plans ranging from Bronze to Platinum, starting at just AED 8500. However, that's not the only price to consider. You also need to consider the cost of space and visas, the cost of which depends on the size of your organization, among other things.

It includes -

• Filled application form
• Business plan
• CV and passport copy of shareholders and owners
• CV and passport copy of the manager
• Two colour passport size photos with white background
• A NOC from the sponsor, if it's a UAE-based company

AMC company renewal is done through your registered agent. It will not require your visit to UAE.

You will need to provide:

• authorization letter
• renewal fees

The renewal fee will be equal to the license registration price.

All amendments, including shares transfer, do not require the company's presence or shareholders or managers. Processing timelines are short, and the fees are relatively low.

Company liquidation is a multiple-step process:

1. Visas cancellation
2. Establishment card cancellation
3. Termination of lease
4. Liquidation of the license

The government fee is 1,700 AED all-inclusive.
